ridgemill estate has been crafting award-winning wines since 2004 under the expertise of one of the region's best winemakers, Peter McGlashan. We invite you to visit us during our grape harvest season to immerse yourself in ‘wine time’ for a ’pick, crush or plunge’ experience.

During your visit, our knowledgeable staff will take you on a journey through the vineyard, explaining the cultivation and harvesting techniques, crucial in producing our exceptional wines.

Dependant on the day you visit, you may feel the thrill of picking grapes directly from the vine, help with the plunging of red grape skins in our open ferment vats, or witness the viticulture team’s labour of love as they take on a grape crush!

Throughout this 2 hour guided experience, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, engage with our passionate team, and deepen your understanding and appreciation of the winemaking process.
